My goodness !! The doggies are so damn cuteee ... so different from the one at my dear's place. BARKING at me everyday, for about 2 freaking years!! .... like going to bite my neck off if he can jump out of his cage. Must have gone bonkers for staying in the cage everyday, wahaha ... or maybe the dog is a gay, got jealous when i'm with my dear ?! ... Lame. Nothing to do, going to bed now le...

Encountered an unreasonable customer last saturday. A chinese lady with her "Ang Moh" husband ... She came in browsing through and asked me some sizes for some clothes, and then another customer came in with her daughter n friend, spotted a pink lil dress n was trying on for her daughter. And the former customer who came in first saw the dress and wanted it too, n she wanted the same size as that customer (her daughter is only 6mths old). The dress is actually for 1yr old, she preferred a bigger size so i checked it out for her.

But then its at my other outlet and they were already closed, so i can only check with them the next day. So i reserved the 1yr old dress for her and if the other shop have the bigger size, she will take it. Meanwhile the first customer left the shop with her hubby and said she will come back later.

She came back when i was closing the shop and asked me about the dress ...

Customer : " So did she buy the dress ?"

Me : "No, she wanted the bigger size, so i need to check for her tomorrow at another branch... "

Customer : " Do u have another piece for that dress ?"

Me: " Sorry, that's my last piece and that customer reserved it till i confirm with the other
outlet for the bigger size ."

Customer : " U MEAN SHE RESERVED 2 SIZES ??? "

Me : " Yes, for 1 day only until tomorrow morning. She will take one of the size. "

Customer's husband (Ang Moh) : " Y don't u sell that one to us now?? "

Me: " I'm sorry, the customer already reserved it just now."

Customer (Black Face) : " BUT I'M NOT LIVING IN SINGAPORE, AND I'M NOT COMING
DOWN HERE ANYMORE !! "

Me: " ... .... Why not i give u a call if that customer is not buying this dress, then u decide ... "

Customer (BLACK FACE ) : " I prefer this size , MY FIRST CHOICE , if she's not taking, I'M
TAKING IT !! "

Me: " Ok, i call u again. "

She left the shop after paying for some items.

The next day, we checked with another branch for the bigger size for the other customer and called her up. CONFIRMED she wanted the big size. So i called up the customer with Ang Moh husband, she asked me to reserve for 4 days !! (Normal reservation is only 2 days ). Told her i need to check with my office first and call her back later... She said : " IM ONLY FREE ON FRIDAY !! "

Decided to hold for her till Friday. She said "OK" ... later, i received her call and she asked me when is the other customer coming down to buy the bigger size dress ??
I told her within this 2 days.

She Shouted rudely again " Y U RESERVED FOR HER SO MANY DAYS ???"
I told her : " For 2 days only , madam. If she don't turn up, i will release the dress."

Customer : " I WANT THE BIGGER SIZE NOW !!"

Me : " I'm sorry, i can't sell it now only after 2 days."

Customer : " I can give u the CASH now, y don't you sell it to me now ?? "

Me: "I'm sorry... I can't sell it now."

Customer : (Ranting ) " ARE U THE BOSS ?? "

Me: " I'm not."

Customer : " YEAH, I KNOW THAT !! IF U R THE BOSS, I DON'T THINK U WILL
DO BUSINESS THIS WAY !!! "

Me : (Kept quiet ...) ... "
Do u still want me to reserve that dress for u ?? "

Customer : " NO !! I don't want it already !!!! " It's too much a hassle !!! "

Me : " ok, thank you, bye ... "

WTFFFF !!! Seriously, i don't think i did the wrong thing, i'm just following our company's policy of reservation and the other customer asked for the dress first .
This 2nd customer with her Ang Moh is just being unreasonable, her baby is only 6mths old, don't even know how to walk yet. The other customer's girl is already 1yr old, y would she wanna fight with her for the bigger size !! The smaller size is still too big for her 6mth old baby!!
She told her her first preference is the smaller size at first !!

Her brain is SPOILED or wat !! Fighting with people over a lil dress ... If i'm the boss, i won't want to sell her the dress ... SICKENING !!!

Anyway, i called up my office and told them about the incident , just in case that Mad customer called up to complain. My office supported my decision too and said i'm not in the wrong ... :)
That's not over yet. That Mad customer called up the next day to reserve the bloody dress.
She came when i'm off and complained to my colleague that im RUDE to her !!
She bought some items BUT she DIDN'T BUY the dress that she reserved !!

SHE'S SIMPLY MAD AND WHO SHE THINK SHE IS ??
SHE DON'T EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO TALK TO MY OFFICE !!
MADDDDDDDDDDDDDD !!!!!!!!!!

SO WHAT IF U HAVE CASH ??? MONEY CAN'T BUY EVERYTHING, "SPOILTED" BRAINNNNNNNN

Went to "Pierce Reservoir" on Deepavali ... yeah, i'm off on Deepavali !! Gosh, I can't believe it, IM OFF ON DEEPAVALI !! MY GOODNESS !!! Im glad to have that off day, coz we (Me, my dear n Valerie ) had a great time at the reservoir sitting down,watching the people catching fishes and relaxing ourselves. My dear even fell asleep while lying on the grass... secretly snap a pic when he was asleep, hee ;) Snappred some sunset pics as well, personally i like the pics very much.

Winter Sonata

I was crazy about this korean drama many years ago. TV was showing it and i watched it... but i was impatient to wait, so after watching it for a few episodes i bought the whole set of vcds. Was damn so happy about it and finished it within a few days. Sobbed uncontrollably everytime i watched it... I watched it for about 4-5 times, tears kept rolling down ... (i know i'm sentimental and hmm... nothing to do ... ) I fell hopelessly in love with Bae Yong Jun ( leading actor)... wahaha... I still keep the vcds in my drawer and can't bear to lend it to people. I even bought the soundtracks, touching songs and I LOVE IT.

Havent been blogging for so many days... Been feeling down for the past few days, coz a friend passed away last week. Sad :( Went to the wake last Friday at Singapore Casket and after that unhappy things happened one after another. Simply no mood to blog ...
