Black Sunday

Heyyy, today's my off day again !! YEAH !!! so happy :) ... finally can rest after 7 days of work. Actually my company wants me to go back to attend a talk about service thing organised by the centre @ 9.30am, but im just too tired to wake up early just to attend the 1hr talk ... so i didn't go. Wanna have a good rest during my off day !! i need rest !! ... When can i have my break ???? i wanna go HOLIDAY !!!!!!! After GSS, i'm exhausted ...

Last Sun, when i was doing closing n cheryl (part timer), mopping the floor ... something bad happened !!! There's a lady customer (bitch), came in ... she said she wants to collect a top, so we let her in ... the time is 19.57pm. (We are closed n off most of the lights already). The moment she stepped in , she railed at us !! Below was my conversation with her :

Customer (bitch) : What time is it now ??

Me : 19.57pm.


Customer (bitch) : Its not yet 8pm u know ?? Why u put the 'close' sign already ?? i can complain u know ?? n it's Saturday night somemore !!! I CAN COMPLAIN U KNOW ???

Me : But our normal operating hours is 11am to 8pm .

Customer (bitch) : But it's not yet 8pm now !! ( her face looked like she's going to eat me up )

Me : ... ... (silent mode) (cheryl looking at me ... )

( In my heart : Go ahead n complain lah, bitch !! I KNOW U CAN COMPLAIN, just go ahead if u want to... nobody's blocking ur way to COMPLAIN. I'm not afraid of your STUPID
COMPLAINTS ...)

After that, she tried on the top for her son , cheapo bitch, it costs only $27.50 after 50% off !! Somemore wants me to pack into a plastic bag before putting into carrier !! (irritating cheapo)
... never mind, i got lots of Plastic bags, so i do it for her (bitch). She paid for the top n went off... Spoiling my happy mood to knock off ... N cheryl's mood too. WTH !!!
Even though she railed at us, i served her as normal ... will she feel guilty at all?? BITCH...

BLACK SUNDAY ... :( I had overcome with much more nasty customers like her before, n what's the best for us to do is to FORGET about the bad experience, n move on ... Of course for that particular day, we will feel upset n down... but after a good sleep at night, FORGET about the whole thing n ' TOMORROW IS A BETTER DAY' !! (Won't let the bitch to affect my mood further )

Wah sei !! Long blog today ... haha... But i haven't finish yet.
Sunday night after work, went to eat Teocheow Porridge at ... ( where huh?? ) hmm... i think it's Upp Serangoon, must ask my Andrew Dear ... Yummy. My all time favourite is the fresh cockles. Next time i shall take a pic of the stall n post it here ... hee

Before i go, here's a nice pic of my Dear's SUPPER last night ... he had 2 !! i got 1 only. Haha, but it's ok , i'm on DIET ... (trying lah, dun laugh ... ). Another thing is i must resist his temptations of food especially at night (supper)... wahaha...
